Diving Control Board

The Diving Board (DCB) of the University of Guam Marine Laboratory (UOGML) is a member of the American Association of Underwater Sciences (AAUS). The Board assists the Dive Safety Officer (DSO) to ensure safe diving operations under the auspices of UOGML.
