Chemistry Titration Competition
The Division of Natural Sciences under the College of Natural & Applied Sciences hosts a Chemistry Titration Competition for high school students annually during the University of Guam's Charter Day. The competition involves a two-part experiment that requires teams of two students to determine the concentration of a base and the mass of an acid through titration, or volume measurement. UOG chemistry majors judge the competition, and participants earn points for accuracy and precision of their data.
