KEY RESULTS

  1. Academic quality and rigor (maintaining and acquiring accreditation at the institutional and program levels).

  2. Credentialing (number of students with successful passing of NCLEX, Praxis etc.).

  3. Increase grant expenditures; achieve Carnegie’s Research Colleges and Universities (RCU) designation; maintain / improve NSF Ranking for Research & Development Expenditures; increase number of publications.

  4. Service/Extension (Land Grant & Sea Grant) - community impact through expanded extension resources (consistent annual maintenance and reporting from service and extension Programs).

STRATEGIC ACTIONS

  1. Implement technology solutions that strengthen UOG’s online academic curricula, extension, outreach and engagement.

  2. Enhance visibility through effective marketing and communications.

  3. Showcase research through the annual UOG Research Symposium, academic conferences, and community events.

  4. Elevate the reach of UOG’s annually published comprehensive impact report and citizen centric report.
