Increase grant expenditures; achieve Carnegie’s Research Colleges and Universities (RCU) designation; maintain / improve NSF Ranking for Research & Development Expenditures; increase number of publications.

Service/Extension (Land Grant & Sea Grant) - community impact through expanded extension resources (consistent annual maintenance and reporting from service and extension Programs).
