Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Workshop

The University of Guam will be holding FAFSA completion workshop between November 2025 through May 2026. The workshop will assist students in completing their 2026-2027 FAFSA. This will be a hands-on workshop and is open to graduating high school seniors, UOG students, GCC students, and others in the community. Each workshop will begin at 1:30 pm and end at 5:?00 pm. 

To ensure that we can assist you please bring these documents to the workshop:

For students:

  1. A picture or a copy of your social security card
  2. A picture of a copy of your green card (if applicable)
  3. Your 2024 Tax Returns and W-2 forms (if you filed)
  4. Total current amount in your checking and savings accounts
  5. Net worth of your investments (if applicable)
  6. List of colleges you will apply to or current college you will continue attending
  7. Ensure that you have a valid personal e-mail address (gmail, icloud, yahoo)

 

For parents:

  1. 2024 federal tax forms (1040 and all schedules) If 2024 taxes were not filed, what was the reason?
  2. Total current amount in checking and savings account(s)
  3. Net worth (value minus debt) of current stocks, bonds, mutual funds, 529 plans, etc.
  4. Net worth of investment/rental property/rented portion of your home
  5. Net worth of parent-owned business(es) and/or family farm(s)
  6. Amount of child support received in the past year for all children
  7. Federal benefits (SNAP, WIC, TANF, etc.) received in 2024/2025
