Outreach Coordinator
Sabrina Paulino graduated from the University of Guam in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and Music. After a fruitful career as an educator with the Guam Department of Education, Sabrina has returned to the University of Guam as an Outreach Coordinator for the Global Learning & Engagement (GLE) Office. She is responsible for managing the International Programs, coordinating professional development, and providing event management support. In her role, Sabrina also engages with numerous organizations such as Guam Young Professionals, Guam Women's Chamber, and the Guam Visitors Bureau. Additionally, Sabrina is currently serving with the Guam Army National Guard as an Army Bandsman.

My professional background spans over a decade of federal program oversight and grants management to include financial and budget administration, grant writing, compliance, transparency, performance, and continuous improvement as well as 15+ years in sales and marketing in the private sector working for Fortune 100 companies and small businesses, cultivating success and customer retention based on interpersonal relationship, collaboration, and service excellence. I have also taught business management at the undergraduate and graduate levels for more than 12 years.
