STRATEGIC ACTIONS

Expand and ensure equitable access to comprehensive student support services, including academic, financial, and career advisement, mentoring, tutoring, health and wellness resources, and funding opportunities, to promote retention and graduation success.

Foster engaging and impactful learning and campus life experiences, such as internships, practicums, capstones, and co-curricular activities, to enhance student persistence and preparation for post-graduation success.

Deliver regular academic advising updates and professional development for faculty, ensuring consistent and effective guidance that supports students’ academic and career trajectories.

Administer and utilize insights from UOG’s Student Satisfaction Survey to inform improvements in services and programs that drive retention and graduation outcomes.
