How to Submit Forms
Submit through Email (Preferred Method)
- You may submit your forms via email at uog.sga@triton.uog.edu. You shall receive a confirmation of receipt of the form within 2 business days from
the date of submission.
Submit at SGA Office
- You may also turn in your forms at the SGA Office at the School of Education, Room 117.
Financial Request Forms
SO Funding Request Proposal - Guidelines and Application Form
- Student Organizations requesting funds are advised to submit their requests at least three weeks prior to their scheduled events.

- Seed money requests are only available to newly-chartered student organizations. For more information, please contact the Student Life Office or the SGA Office.
