Go to the SciFinder registration page, and register using your RFK Library Barcode and PIN. You will be asked to create a SciFinder username and password that will be used when accessing SciFinder online.

Important: SciFinder will only be accessible to current UOG faculty, staff, and students with active RFK Library cards. Please ensure that you create/ renew your RFK Library cards every semester.

You will be sent a confirmation email. Once a SciFinder account has been created, you can use it as a login to the SciFinder site: http://scifinder.cas.org.

Did you have an account at another institution?

You will need to register for a new account through our registration link. Any saved searches, alerts, etc. must be recreated in your new account. You may also need to delete your browser's cookies so that your new login will work.

Account deactivated?

Please contact the Systems Librarian for help with username/password problems and deactivated accounts for SciFinder.
