  • RCUOG Core Team

 

The Research Corporation of the University of Guam (RCUOG) was established in February 2014 by Public Law 32-114 to create an efficient managerial environment to compete for and manage grants.

 

RCUOG manages over $30 million dollars in federal and private grants that focus on research, education, and outreach projects. The 2022 National Science Foundation Ranking by Total Research and Development Expenditures ranks the University of Guam in the 68th percentile in the nation. UOG’s ranking as 284th out of 890 institutions included in the ranking indicates the growth of the research ecosystem at UOG and the role RCUOG plays in supporting current and future research projects.

 

A ten-member board of directors governs RCUOG:

The RCUOG Core Team is led by Executive Director Cathleen Moore-Linn and Chief Business Officer Michael Conner. The Core Team is comprised of 13 employees who handle all financial, personnel, and compliance-related transactions for grants managed by the Research Corporation. The work by RCUOG’s Core Team ensures the University of Guam continues to have clean audits with no questioned costs.


RCUOG Board of Directors Meeting

The regular meeting of the Research Corporation of the University of Guam (RCUOG) Board of Directors will be held at the University of Guam School of Business and Public Administration (SBPA) Room 262 and via registered zoom on October 25, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. The meeting will be publicly accessible by registering for zoom access at:
