How to Submit Forms
To digitally submit, please upload the required documents to the following link: CBC / CBE / SP / INT.
UOG GLE will contact the student regarding their application / form submission in 1 – 3 business days. Please note, students will be contacted via their official UOG (GoTritons) email.
To submit in-person, you can visit the UOG GLE Office (located on the 2nd floor of the Computer Center) between 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
Digital copies of the forms can be found on the UOG GLE website.
Please see the following reminders regarding submissions of course by conference, credit by examination, and special projects forms:
- All applications/forms must be signed by the required individuals (i.e. advisor, instructor, and the Dean) prior to submitting to UOG GLE. UOG GLE will not accept forms that are missing required signatures.
- UOG GLE will not accept forms that do not meet the credit hour requirement. As a reminder, 15 contact hours are required for 1 credit.
- All special projects and course by conference applications must be submitted with a syllabus.
- All applications for special projects and course by conference must include specific meeting dates and times (i.e. M, W, F – 5 p.m. – 6 p.m.). Applications/forms that do not provide this information will not be accepted.
- If you are using Financial Aid to pay for your course submitted through GLE, kindly contact the Financial Aid Office for your verification of financial aid.

- To schedule an appointment for the Driver’s Written Exam, please visit the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) at Barrigada.

Will the Global Learning & Engagement office be open?
Main GLE Office will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
Will the GLE Cashier's office be open?
The GLE Cashier's Office will now be open from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. to 3
p.m. Monday through Thursday.
Cashier will be closed on Fridays.
No payments will be accepted outside of the posted hours listed above.
What about testing services?
All tests proctored by GLE, including the Driver’s Written Examination, Real Estate and Insurance Examination, and ABC Examination, will resume. Updated test dates are located on our Exam Schedules page.
Results for the Driver’s Written Examination and Real Estate and Insurance Examination can be found on the GLE website (uog.edu/gle).
What online trainings/courses is GLE currently offering?
GLE currently offers dozens of trainings and courses via Ed2Go. To view trainings/course offerings, visit www.ed2go.com/uog

Students from the Niigata College of Art and Design (NCAD) in Niigata, Japan hosted their Charity Art and Craft Market to raise funds for the University of Guam's Fine Arts program.
His Excellency Surangel Whipps Jr., President of the Republic of Palau, will be the keynote speaker at the 2024 University of Guam Conference on Island Sustainability.
