The University of Guam Procurement Office purchases most goods and services in its course of business that support educational, research, and organizational requirements for our students, faculty and staff. UOG references methods of procurement in accordance with all applicable Government of Guam Procurement laws & UOG Regulations. The office is responsible in preparing Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, and Request for Quotations.

Below is the list of the bids and proposals issued for the University as advertised in PDN and/or POST. Interested parties may request to obtain an IFB/RFP package by clicking button below to request for IFB/RFP documents.

Important Notes: 

• There is no fee in requesting for an electronic copy of the IFB/RFP package. If a hard copy or CD-ROM is preferred, then a non-refundable fee of $25.00 is required to obtain a hard copy/CD-ROM of the bid package. This fee may be paid at the Cashier Services located at the UOG Administration Building Mon-Fri from 8 am – 4 pm. Pay by phone is also available by calling (671) 735-2923/45/46, please reference Bid number and Bid title when making payment.
• Requesting an IFB/RFP package automatically registers your information with the UOG Procurement Office. Please ensure your information entered on form is accurate so ALL notices regarding any changes or updates to the IFB/RFP is received. UOG will not be liable for failure to provide notice to any party whose information was not entered accurately on form.
