I have been teaching health and wellness at the University of Guam for many years. I know the five components of health-related fitness by heart: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. And for the last ten years, I have told my students the same thing every semester: Flexibility is the component we always take for granted.
