UOG Horizons: Knowledge for Life - Catching some Zs
As a young child, I remember being forced to take afternoon naps, particularly during the summers when all of us grandchildren were babysat by an aunt, uncle or older cousin while our parents were at work. Squeezing my eyes shut, without ever falling asleep, I imagined myself as an adult with personal autonomy, never having to take naps again. Today, I couldn’t agree less and would welcome any opportunity to catch up on sleep.
