The Guam Lady Nationals had a strong start to the tournament, opening pool play with a 51–47 victory over Stingrays II. They continued their undefeated run with wins over Lady Tridents, 76–19; Lady Bombers, 70–44; and BallHers, 85–19, before advancing to the championship game.

In the semifinals, the Guam Lady Nationals defeated JusForFuns, 66–38, while Stingrays II earned a spot in the championship game with a 42–37 victory over Osan. Osan, a U.S. military base team from Korea, finished pool play with a 4–1 record but competed in the tournament with only five players. The team eventually wore down after playing five games over two days.

JusForFuns was one of the biggest stories of the tournament. The team, which has not had much success during its first year of existence, went 2–2 during the round-robin portion of the tournament and advanced to the semifinals.

The championship match featured two of the top teams in the tournament. Stingrays II had reached the finals after a strong playoff performance, but the Guam Lady Nationals controlled the game and secured the title with a 66–32 victory.
