COR 1 remains in Effect

Condition of Readiness (COR) 1 remains in effect. A tropical storm warning remains in effect for Guam, Rota, Tinian, and Saipan meaning tropical storm conditions, including damaging winds of 39 mph or more, are expected early Wednesday morning. A Flood Watch is in effect for portions of Guam and the Northern Marianas. Additionally, a Coast Flood Advisory and Rip Current Statement remain in effect.

Tropical Storm Man-Yi is projected to pass South of Guam within the next hour or two. As of 5 a.m. ChST,
Tropical Storm Man-Yi is 45 miles South of Guam, moving West at 18 mph with sustained winds at 50mph

Those seeking shelter are encouraged to bring essential items such as a 7-day supply of food and water, bedding, personal hygiene products, medication, and important documents including identification and medical records.
