COR 1 in Effect

Condition of Readiness (COR) 1 remains in effect. A tropical storm warning remains in effect for Guam, Rota, Tinian, and Saipan meaning tropical storm conditions, including damaging winds of 39 mph or more, are expected early Wednesday morning. A Flood Watch is in effect for portions of Guam and the Northern Marianas. Additionally, a Coast Flood Advisory and Rip Current Statement remain in effect. Tropical Storm Man-Yi is projected to impact early Wednesday through Wednesday evening. As of 1 a.m. ChST, Tropical Storm Man-Yi is 60 miles east of Guam, moving West toward Guam at 19 mph with sustained winds at 50mph.

• United Airlines Flt # UA 200 from Honolulu scheduled to arrive at 6:50 pm is delayed. New estimated time
  of arrival is 9:17pm.
• Korean Airlines Flight # K#421 from Incheon scheduled to arrive at 2:35 pm is delayed. New estimated time
  of arrival is 4:35 pm.
• Japan Airlines Flt # JL941 scheduled to arrive at 2:35 pm is delayed. New estimated time of arrival is 11/14/24
  @ 12:35 am.

Departures:

• United Airlines Flt # UA196 to Narita, scheduled to depart at 12:45 pm is canceled
• Jin Air Flt # LJ914 to Incheon scheduled to depart at 4:10 pm is delayed. New estimated time of departure is
  12:20 am on November 14, 2024.
• United Airlines Flt # UA873 to Narita scheduled to depart at 5:00 pm is delayed. New estimated time of
  departure is 7:30pm.
• United Airlines Flt #8 UA49 to Haneda scheduled to depart at 7:05 pm is delayed. New departure time is to be
  determined.
• United Airlines # UA183 to Manila scheduled to depart at 7:55 pm is delayed. New departure time is to be
  determined.
• Korean Airlines Flt # KE422 to Incheon scheduled to depart at 4:50 pm is delayed. New estimated time of
  departure is 6:10 pm.
• Japan Airlines Flt # JL942 to Narita scheduled to depart at 4:35 pm is delayed. New estimated time of
  departure is November 14, 2024 @ 3:40 am.

Emergency Shelter Update

The Guam Department of Education (GDOE) opened three emergency shelters at 7 p.m. this evening. As of 2 a.m.:

Individuals and families in need of shelter may still seek refuge at any of the above schools. Those seeking shelter are encouraged to bring essential items such as a 7-day supply of food and water, bedding, personal hygiene products, medication, and important documents including identification and medical records.
