UOG Tumon Tritons Lose To Quality Distributors 13-7
The University of Guam Tumon Tritons lost to Quality Distributors 13-7 on Tuesday night at the UOG Calvo Field House in a Guam Football Association Futsal match.
The match started evenly, with both teams scoring in the 2nd minute. Quality then pulled ahead 3-2 after 18 minutes and extended their lead to 4-2, fueled by two goals from Dev Bachani.
The Tritons cut the lead to 4-3 with a goal by Nathan Toves at the start of the second half, but that was as close as they would get. Quality pulled away with four goals in a three-minute span and went on to win the match 13-7.
Dev Bachani led Quality Distributors with three goals, while Nathan Toves scored three for the Tritons.
Quality Distributors is 8-4-1 for the season, while UOG Tumon fell to 4-9-0.
The Tritons will play next on Thursday, February 6, at 7:30 p.m. against Rovers FC at the Dededo Sports Complex gym.
