The Japan Airlines (JAL) Foundation is offering scholarship opportunities for students across Asia and the Pacific, and University of Guam students are encouraged to apply!

The first opportunity is a three-week summer program with two weeks in Japan. Two scholarship slots are available UOG for students.

The summer scholarship begins with week (June 24-July 1) with classes on Zoom in Guam. For weeks two and three (July 2-July 16), JAL scholars will travel to Tokyo and Fukuoka. For the overseas portion of the program, JAL will provide roundtrip airfare, domestic transportation, insurance and a per diem. JAL summer scholarship brings together students from across the region and is a great way for UOG students to learn more about Japan while making friends from across the region.

The deadline to apply is 5 p.m. on February 28, 2025.
