When hospitals or clinics hire our nursing graduates, they take a step forward in strengthening our health care system with local expertise. When UOG engineers or software developers enter the workforce with hands-on experience, they drive innovation and problem-solving across industries.

Each year, hundreds of our local workforce professionals graduate from UOG. Over the last three years, 1,259 undergraduate and 352 graduate degrees have been awarded—helping businesses, hospitals, schools, and public agencies find qualified local talent instead of relying on off-island hires.
