Edward F. Ulloa Joins UOG Board of Regents
The University of Guam welcomes Edward F. Ulloa as the newest member of the UOG Board of Regents. Ulloa’s appointment was confirmed by the Guam Legislature at the end of last year.
Ulloa earned a BA in Psychology and an MBA in Finance from Saint Mary’s College of California. He has over 24 years of private sector experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity Management on Guam. He is currently the Management Information Systems Manager of DZSP 21, a contractor for the U.S. Navy.
“I am deeply honored to give back to our island community,” Ulloa said. “As a new Board of Regents member, I am excited to positively impact the University’s strategies to achieve the Board’s and UOG’s vision and mission. I aim to be a big part of helping all UOG students achieve their dreams and goals through education.”

Members of the Board of Regents are appointed by the governor of Guam and confirmed by the Guam Legislature. They serve six-year, staggered terms.
