Troupe, the #1 Seed for the Triton League playoffs, came out and won the first set 25-23, but the Bombers came back and won the 2nd set 25-19 to even the match at 1-1.

Troupe took control of the match with a 25-17 victory in the third set, but the team from Andersen Air Force Base was not about to give up. They defeated Troupe in the fourth set 25-18, forcing a fifth set to 15 points.

The Bombers were down early in the fifth set, trailing 8-6 when the teams changed sides of the court. However, Andersen came back strong, tying the match 8-8 and pushed to a late advantage to win the set and match 15-12.

With the victory, both the Bombers and Troupe now have a loss in the playoffs, necessitating a final match on Tuesday night, March 17, 2025, for the Triton League Championship. The winner will claim the league championship for the spring 2025 season.

The Andersen Bombers defeated the UOG Tritons on Saturday, March 15, 2025, to the reach the finals, bringing their playoff record to 3-1 and their overall seasons record to 5-5. Troupe, on the other hand, holds a 7-2 record for the spring season. It should be an exciting final match to determine the Triton League Champion!
