It will be the third workshop of the Nihi ta Fanmama’tinas (Let’s Cook) series, led
by registered dietitian nutritionist Dr. Tanisha Aflague and the Family & Consumer
Science team at UOG Extension. The series aims to educate community members of all
ages how to cook healthier meals using local ingredients.
Residents can choose to attend one of two sessions:
Time: 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Date: Wednesday, Jan. 10
Location: Agriculture & Life Sciences Bldg., Room 125B, University of Guam
