Guam Pro 1 received a significant boost in the playoffs by having their coach, Oksana Chernyshova, play on the team. Chernyshova, a former professional volleyball player from Russia, is a dominant presence on the court. Her towering 6-foot plus frame and powerful spikes consistently drew "oohs" and "ahhs" from the fans.

Guam Pro 1 started strong, defeating the Lady Tritons 25-14 in the first set and winning the 2nd set 25-18. Although Guam Pro 1 had a big lead in the third set, UOG made a remarkable comeback, narrowing the gap to 23-22. However, Guam Pro 1 regrouped and secured the match with a 25-22 victory. 

Guam Pro 1 moves to 5-2 on the season, while the Lady Tritons fall to 4-2. 

In the 2nd match of the night, Au Mana and the Lady Bombers battled in the first three sets of the match, with Au Mana winning the first two sets, 25-19 and 25-22, and the Lady Bombers captured the 3rd set, 25-19. Au Mana emerged strong in the fourth set and dominated from start to finish. They kept the Lady Bombers from gaining momentum, securing a 25-9 victory to win the match 3 sets to 1. 

Au Mana is now 6-0 in the Lady Triton League, and the Lady Bombers fall to 3-4.

The Lady Triton Volleyball League Championship is Friday night, and a third-place match will also be played.

• 3rd Place Match - 6:30 pm - Lady Tritons Vs Lady Bombers
• Championship - 8:15 pm - Au Mana Vs Guam Pro 1

Au Mana is a two-time champion of the Lady Tritons League. Guam Pro 1 has reached the championship match before but lost to Au Mana.
