As you arrive, you’ll notice some exciting developments across our campus. We have four major construction projects underway: the Dr. Lucio C. Tan Student Success Center, the School of Engineering, the WERI Research Facility, and the Margaret Perez Hattori-Uchima School of Health Nursing Annex.

These new facilities will contribute over 85,000 square feet of additional space for classrooms, offices, laboratories, and collaborative areas. Students will also enjoy new gathering spots, study zones, and a brand-new dining hall and food court.

In addition to these major projects, other campus improvements will be kicking off this semester. We’ll keep you informed as those dates draw near.

While these enhancements are in progress, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Please review the following important information:

• Parking: Several parking lots are temporarily closed or reduced due to construction. Please refer to the attached campus map for overflow parking options near the Calvo Field House and by the cliff line in front of the Natural and Applied Sciences Building.

• Pedestrians: With increased foot traffic on campus, we ask everyone to use crosswalks and for drivers to proceed with caution, giving priority to pedestrians.

• Traffic: Expect some congestion on campus roads and in parking areas. Please stay alert and drive safely.
