In Memoriam: Julieta Tabilas Andrade

The University mourns the loss of Julieta “Julie” Tabilas Andrade on Thursday, Nov. 16, 2023. Ms. Andrade is the mother of Rowena T. Andrade, Director of EMSS/TRIO-Upward Bound.
Public viewing and last respects will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at the Guam Memorial Park Chapel in Leyang, Barrigada. Internment will follow at the Guam Memorial Park Cemetery.
The University keeps the Andrade family in our hearts and prayers.
