Ms. Moguel joined the University of Guam College of Agriculture and Life Sciences in 1982 as an Extension Agent I and retired after 16 years of service in 1998 as an Extension Agent IV. In June 2022, she was honored by the College of Natural and Applied Sciences in their Land Grant Legacy Wall. 

Ms. Moguel earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines in 1953 and a Master of arts in Home Economics from San Francisco State University in 1986. 

Viewing and last respects may be paid from 9-11 a.m. Jan. 10 at Our Lady of Peace Funeral Home, Barrigada. Mass of Christian burial will be offered at noon at St. Anthony Church, Tamuning. Interment services will follow immediately at Our Lady of Peace Memorial Gardens, Windward Hills, Yona.
