The University mourns the loss of Maria Babauta Perez Cruz on February 27, 2023. She is the mother of Jane Cruz Mendiola, Administrative Assistant of the Cooperative Extension and Outreach, College of Natural & Applied Sciences; and Jennifer Cruz Canlas, Supply Technician of the UOG Army ROTC, College of Natural & Applied Sciences.
Mass of Intentions is being offered at 6 p.m. followed by rosary at 6:30 p.m. at the Assumption of Our Lady Catholic Church in Piti. The final rosary will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
Last respects will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2023, at the Assumption of Our Lady Catholic Church, Piti. Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 1 p.m. and interment will follow at the Guam Veterans Cemetery in Piti.
