Hazel G. Estrellado

Hazel G. Estrellado, a business administration graduate from the University of Guam with a specialization in marketing, most recently served as the director of communications for the Office of Senator Mary Camacho Torres.

Prior to the Legislature, Estrellado served as an outreach coordinator for UOG’s Professional and International Programs, where she coordinated federally and locally funded trainings.

Estrellado also worked as a learning and development officer in human resources for the Hyatt Regency Guam, where she managed corporate and compliance training programs for all employees.

Charlene Amado Mendoza

Charlene Amado Mendoza, a business administration graduate from the University of Guam with concentrations in international tourism and hospitality management and human resources management, joins the university with several years of experience working for the Marianas Visitors Authority in Saipan, where she managed the MVA’s membership program and played a crucial part in planning and executing international and island-wide events. 

She was also the MVA’s lead within the Marianas Tourism Education Council, where she worked alongside the now secretary of labor of the Northern Mariana Islands, Vicky Benavente, in educating youth about the value of the tourism industry and coordinating activities that increased youth involvement.
