Lady Bombers lead Super League, Team MIBBC falls 0-6
The Lady Bombers remain undefeated in the Lady Triton – Global Learning Super League, while the Micronesian Islands Ballers Basketball Club (MIBBC) remains without a win following the games Wednesday night at the University of Guam Calvo Field House.
Team MIBBC fell to 6-0 in the league after losing to Fuetsa 55-49. Meanwhile, the Lady Bombers continued their winning streak and defeated BallHers 77-46.
The Lady Bombers' Michaela McFalls was the lead scorer of the night with 22 points. Fuetsa's Nicolette Perez and Team MIBBC's Alice Fidngamang were the top scorers in the night's second game with 18 points each.
The Super League plays again at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 3, with Team MIBBC taking on the Lady Tritons.
Community members are invited to the Calvo Field House to watch the games. Entry fees are $3 for adults, $2 for non-UOG students, and no charge for UOG students.
