Call for Proposals

NASA’s Office of STEM Engagement is soliciting proposals for the fiscal 2022 NASA EPSCoR Research program.

As one of the 28 NASA EPSCoR jurisdictions, Guam is eligible to submit one proposal for this Notice of Funding Opportunity, with a budget request of up to $750,000 over a three-year period. Cost-sharing by proposers is required at a level of at least 50% of the requested NASA funds.

Each funded NASA EPSCoR proposal is expected to establish research activities that will make significant contributions to the agency's strategic research and technology development priorities and contribute to the overall research infrastructure, science and technology capabilities of higher education, and economic development of the jurisdiction receiving funding. University of Guam researchers are strongly encouraged to consider submitting a proposal for the FY2022 cycle. The full Notice of Funding Opportunity is attached for reference.

DEADLINES:

  • Notice of intent to submit proposal: Dec. 15, 2021
  • Proposal due: Feb. 14, 2022
