The University of Guam Board of Regents passed five resolutions at their April 22, 2021, board meeting. 

• Resolution No. 21-10
  Approves the Fañomnåkan 2021 Commencement graduate listing
• Resolution No. 21-11
  Corrects the faculty sabbatical leave salary schedule
• Resolution No. 21-12
  Adopts a policy for the withdrawal of funds from the University of Guam internal endowment fund
• Resolution No. 21-13
  Appoints a representative to the University of Guam Centennial Fund
• Resolution No. 21-14
  Delegates authority to approve the release of the annual external audit report
