College can be intimidating when it comes to classes, finances, and knowing what direction to take with your degree and career -- especially if you're a first-generation or low-income student or a student with a disability.

The Student Support Services program through the UOG TRiO Office is here to help you and is now accepting applications to be part of the program.

Eligibility

Enrolled as a UOG undergraduate student
U.S. citizen or meet residency requirements for federal student financial aid
Demonstrate academic need and be any of the following:
- low-income
- first-generation college student (neither parent has received a degree)
- a student with a physical and/or learning disability

Benefits of joining TRiO SSS

academic tutoring
advice and assistance in course selection
assistance in completing the FAFSA
information on financial aid programs
cultural and career activities
information on graduate and professional programs

Apply here or pick up an application from the TRiO Office on the 2nd floor of the Calvo Field House.
