Students: Present your research at SACNAS RIOTERS
Are you an undergraduate or graduate student who has participated in research or a STEM program? Share your findings while also boosting your resume by presenting at the Research Integration of Teaching, Education, Resources Seminar (RIOTERS) panel series hosted by the Society for the Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS) UOG Chapter.
RIOTERS started a few years ago with the goal of helping UOG students share their research projects and experiences with other UOG students. A typical RIOTERS session involves a program description, project presentation, then a Q&A. The event is also meant to help students build their professional CVs/resumes.
Anyone who is willing to share their research experience and/or experience in a STEM program is invited to take part in RIOTERS. This can include undergraduate or graduate students majoring in STEM-related fields or in education with a focus in STEM.
Logistics for RIOTERS will be decided once a more cohesive list of presenters is made. Interested individuals will be updated ASAP.
Interested students may sign up by contacting the SACNAS UOG Chapter at uog.sacnas@gotritons.uog.edu.
