One part of the Guam military buildup is quietly proceeding outside of the limelight: a $12 million Department of Defense-funded Guam Cultural Repository that will be built on the University of Guam campus and supervised by the UOG's Micronesian Area Research Center. The target date for occupancy is October 2021.
