Services Shutdown Due to Typhoon Hagibis

The Office of Information Technology will be shutting down services due to Typhoon Hagibis.

As a result, the following services will be intermittent or unavailable

  • Ellucian Colleague – Datatel UI and Datatel WEB UI
  • WebAdvisor
  • Triton Portal
  • CashNet - Payment Service
  • SoftDocs
  • Financial Aid Self Service
  • Moodle

A message regarding this shutdown schedule will also be posted at the Office of Information Technology Homepage at http://www.uog.edu/it.

WHEN?

Monday, October 7, 2019, beginning at 8:00 PM. Eduroam will remain available.

WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME?

No actions are required. However, if you are planning to use any of the services above, you will experience service disruptions during the shutdown period.
