Services Shutdown Due to Tropical Storm Kammuri

The Office of Information Technology will be shutting down services due to Tropical Storm.

As a result, the following services will be intermittent or unavailable:

  • Eduroam Wireless and Wired Internet Connectivity
  • Ellucian Colleague – Datatel UI and Datatel WEB UI
  • WebAdvisor
  • CashNet - Payment Service
  • SoftDocs
  • Financial Aid Self Service
  • Etrieve
  • Moodle - For Moodle users, if your regular Moodle login authentication fails, please login using your Microsoft Office 365 credentials. Use the Microsoft backup button on the right side of the window.

A message regarding this shutdown schedule will also be posted at the Office of Information Technology Homepage at http://www.uog.edu/it.

WHEN?

  • Tuesday, November 26, 2019, beginning at 5:00 PM
  • Services will resume once Condition Readiness 4 (COR4) is declared.

WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME?

  • No actions are required. However, if you are planning to use any of the services above, you will experience service disruptions during the shutdown period.
