  Approves the Reapportioned FY2020 General Operations Budget
• Passage of Resolution 19-46
  Approves the FY2020 Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Budgets
• Passage of Resolution 19-47
  Approves the FY2020 Auxiliary Budgets

  Authorizes the Signing of Checks and Corporation Resolutions and Opening or Closing Bank Accounts, Investment Accounts, or Credit Facilities
