The University of Guam Men's Basketball Team dropped their final game of the March
Madness Tournament and the 2018-2019 season by forfeit to the MISAMA Air Force Base
because the Tritons did not have enough players.
Logan Hopkins, Andrew "AJ" Carlos, Victor Jones, and Aaron Castro made the game for
the Tritons.

It brought to an end the career of Carlos, the last original Triton basketball player
from the relaunch of the Triton Athletics Department and the men's basketball team
in 2016. Carlos had played seven semesters with the Tritons and had become a Guam
National Team member.
"It was a bad finish to the season, but we had a great core group of student-athletes
and young men who made it through two leagues to finish the year," said Athletics
Director Doug Palmer.
Logan Hopkins was named "All-Tournament" for March Madness, with his 30.8 points per
game average for the tournament.
March Madness marks the end of the 2018-2019 team, with a combined record of 5-18
for the academic year and play in three different leagues.
