Triton Athletics names Gary Larkin head coach for women's soccer
The University of Guam Triton Athletics Department announced on May 21 that Gary Larkin has been named the head coach for women’s soccer at the University.
Larkin is a noted chiropractor on the island but has a long and successful resume of soccer accomplishments as well. He was recently an assistant coach for the U-15 Guam Girls National Soccer Team that traveled to Shanghai to play in an East Asian Football Federation U-15 Girls Tournament.
Larkin has gained coaching experience in the Robbie Webber Youth Soccer League and the Minetgot Cup Elite Youth League, coaching at the U-8, U-12, U-14, U-15 Elite, U-18, and U-18 Elite levels and winning championships in the U-14 and U-18 divisions.
Larkin is a board member of the Tigers Football Club and has served as a voting delegate at the Guam Football Association Ordinary and Extraordinary Congress.

Larkin will begin recruiting for the Lady Tritons immediately and aims to bring together a team for Fanuchånan 2019 that can play in the Guam Football Association’s Women’s Premier League.

said UOG Athletics Director Doug Palmer, "and hopefully this will take the Lady Tritons to the next level and to meet the potential the Triton women’s soccer team has always shown.”
Larkin is a graduate of Life University in Marietta, Ga., and he manages the Guam Chiropractic Wellness Center in Tamuning.
