The University of Guam Men's Basketball Team got 40 points from Logan Hopkins on March 19 but suffered an 85-125 loss to the Bombers in the opening game of bracket play in the March Madness Tournament on the Andersen Air Force Base at the Coral Reef Recreation Center.
The Bombers were the No. 1 seed from Pool A in the tournament, with a 4-0 record coming into bracket play. UOG was the No. 4 seed from Pool B with a 0-4 record. The double-elimination bracket play matches the teams from each pool against a team from the other pool.
