The University of Guam Lady Triton's Soccer Team dominated the Bank of Guam Lady Strykers with their speed and footwork on Nov. 11 in their Bud Light Amateur Women's League match at the Guam Football Association's National Training Center, but UOG had to come from behind to win the match.

The match opened with the Lady Tritons spending the first 20 minutes in their offensive end of the field, having multiple chances to score, but the Stryker goalkeeper made several good saves and denied UOG a goal. The Strykers finally got deep into Triton territory and scored the first goal of the match on their first shot of the contest at the 21-minute mark.

UOG then dominated again and produced a goal at the 32-minute mark to tie the game. At half-time, the score was 1-1.

The Lady Tritons dominated again in the second half, keeping the ball at their offensive end for 80% of the second half, but the Stryker goalkeeper kept denying UOG a goal. It appeared UOG scored again at the 75-minute mark, but an off side was called during the play. On another break away, the Strykers took down a UOG player from behind and the Stryker player was ejected from the game and forced the Bank of Guam to play with only 10 players against the Lady Triton's 11 players to finish the game.

UOG scored again with about seven minutes left in the game to win the match 2-1.

The Tritons are now 3-0-0 on the season, while the BOG Strykers fall to 0-2-1.
