Three University of Guam students received $1,000 scholarships on Oct. 3 from the Guam Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction. These are the first scholarships given to UOG students by the organization, which opened its program to UOG upon the opening of the School of Engineering. The three scholarship recipients were pre-engineering majors Victoria Lopez and Chelcy Gozum and math major Jaelene Manibusan.
