University of Guam President Robert Underwood (right) met Tsai Ing-wen, President of the Republic of China, commonly known as Taiwan, during her recent visit to Guam. During this Pacific trip, President Tsai also visited Tuvalu, the Solomon Islands, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
