UOG Men’s Soccer Drops 4-3 Match To NAPA Rovers
The University of Guam Men’s Soccer Team dropped a close 4-3 match to the NAPA Rovers on Sunday afternoon in the Guam Sports
Complex Gym in the Guam Football Association’s Futsal League.
The Tritons came out strong as Sean Evans gave UOG a 1-0 lead with hard struck goal.
The Rovers came back and scored two goals to take the lead at half-time 2-1.
UOG newbie Kyle Legozzie scored for the Tritons to make it 2-2 but the Rovers again
came back to score 2 more goals to make 4-2. Dylan Naputi scored for UOG to bring
the NAPA lead back to one goal at 4-3, but the Rovers were able to hold off the UOG
come back in the final minutes to win 4-3.
UOG is now 1-3-0 in the GFA Futsal League. The GFA has not announced the next matches
in the league for next Sunday yet.
