UOG Men’s Soccer Drops 13-8 Match In Futsal Playoffs
The University of Guam Men’s Soccer Team dropped a 13-8 match to Mosa’s FC on Sunday afternoon at the Guam Sports Complex Gym
in the Guam Football Association Men’s Futsal Playoffs.
The Tritons started off strong, as Sean Evans scored the first goal of the match but
Mosa scored twice to take the lead at 2-1, but Jack Diambra took the kickoff after
Mosa’s 2nd goal and scored himself to tie the match at 2-2. But Mosa’s dominated play
after this point and built their lead to 8-4 at half-time and 13-8 at the end of the
match.
Sean Evans and Jack Diambra led UOG with 3 goals each and Dylan Naputi and Kyle Leggozie
added one goal each.
The Tritons ended their season with a 2-6-0 record for the Futsal League. UOG opens
GFA Men’s League play on Wednesday, September 27 at 7:00 p.m. against the LOA Heat.
