UOG Wins Match 2-0 To Run Record To 3-0

The University of Guam Men's Soccer Team ran their record to 3-0 on the young season in the GFA Men's League (Division II) as they defeated the FC Beercelona at the Guam Football Association Complex on Friday night 2-0.

The Tritons scored goals in both halves with Joe Quan scoring the first goal and Dylan Naputi adding the second one. The Beercelona squad never had a serious chance to score. Both UOG and Beercelona play the ball in the middle of the field with the occasional push to the goal keepers box.

UOG is now 3-0 on the season and will play again on Friday, November 4 at 7:00pm against the Pago Bay Disasters. The FC Beercelona squad is now 0-3 on the season.

The UOG Women's Soccer Team play on Sunday night at 7:00pm against the Lady Bombers at the GFA Complex as well. UOG is 1-0 so far in the Women's 7 On 7 League.
