UOG Students Create Marketing Plan for Tumon Sands Plaza

The University of Guam BA-260 Fundamentals of Marketing Class will be presenting its Marketing Plan for the Tumon Sands Plaza on Saturday, May 14, 2016 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Tumon Sands Plaza. The presentation will also feature a Spring Fashion Show, Accessory Fashion Show, Watabe Wedding Show, Talent Show, and more.

The students are coordinating the event as their final project for the class.

"I wanted the students to participate in an educational and academic activity that goes beyond the classroom and textbook materials," said Ramon Perez, adjunct marketing professor. " It will be a hands-on experience for the students to learn what it takes to present their marketing strategies to the Plaza."

The event is supported by Tumon Sands Plaza, and participating stores include: Anteprima, Balenciaga, Bally, Chloe, Furla, Givenchy, Loco Boutique, Swarovski, Tiffany & Co., and Watabe Wedding.
