The University of Guam Sea Grant program's efforts recently were highlighted as the featured story on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration website.

The article titled "Watershed Education in Micronesia: From Ridge to Reef, Island Life is all about Residing in a Coastal Zone" written by Sea Grant Assistant Instructor Marie Auyong, details the mission of the program, regional impact, and opportunities for UOG students and island community members to get involved in conversation and preservation efforts.
