Triton Warriors Commissioned and Graduate
The Triton Warrior Battalion recently commissioned six second lieutenants in the U.S.
Army. The day marked a celebration of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication that these
young officers have made. Ronnel Baris, Jerimiah Charfauros, John Laxamana, Roque Mesa, Stanley Paracale, and Jomar Serineo were commissioned on December 21, 2013.
Along with Brandon Demapan who commissioned in Saipan on December 14, this completes the journey of one of the best performing class of
the Triton Warrior Battalion. These recently commissioned officers were part of a
larger group whose peers commissioned earlier this year in May. However, due to some
educational requirements and restraints, the second half of the class had to wait
until this December.
This was a diverse group of cadets coming from various walks of life. It was not until
the Fall of 2011 that they all came together as MS3s to form the brotherhood they will share for years to come. As MSIIIs, they worked together to execute training events, fundraisers, social gatherings,
and various other activities. In the summer of 2012, they completed LDAC with great results. It was one of the best performances the Triton Warrior Battalion
has seen from a class in many years. Rightly so, the previous Professor of Military
Science internally dubbed them "The Best Class in **** Years!" As MSIVs, they continued to excel in each of their given staff positions. Setting new standards
for the upcoming cadets to strive for.
