ROTC students from select universities in the Philippines such as Pampanga State Agricultural University; University of Northeastern Philippines; Capiz State University; Holy Cross College of Calinan; University of the Philippines, Diliman; Surigao State College of Technology;  Philippine State College of Aeronautics; Eastern Visayas State University; Northeastern Mindanao Colleges; De la Salle University-Dasmarinas; De la Salle University-Manila and Mindanao Polytechnic College visit the University of Guam on October 14 as part of a bilateral exchange experience from Oct. 13 to 18. Coordinated by the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Guam National Guard and the UOG Senior ROTC Program, the goal of the exchange was to enhance the cultural understanding and language skills of AFP cadets.
